Where do we deliver and at what cost?

Healthy You Pharmacy delivers to all safe and accessible locations in Jos Metropolis and beyond . Below are our detailed delivery locations categorized by price.

Do you deliver to homes directly?

Yes, we deliver to homes, offices, schools, hospitals etc. Please note that for security and accessibility reasons, we may use pick up points for some selected locations. For such locations, we will confirm if you are okay with the item being delivered to a known pick up point near you.

What is the order process?

The order process is very simple:

Tell us what you would like to order.
You would then be asked for your address or where you want the goods delivered and what type of delivery you require (See delivery options).
A final confirmation on your order and delivery details will be made. We would then text our account details to you for you to make payment.
Immediately after the payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order (See delivery timelines).

A final confirmation message will be sent to you to confirm your order details. You would then be given the choice to pay by transfer (In which case, we would text you our account details) or use our online payment platform to pay.

Delivery timeline (how soon can I expect my delivery?)

For Same Day Deliveries, we make efforts to deliver within three hours of confirming your payment.
For Next Day Deliveries, you can expect your package the next day before noon
For Express Delivery, we make efforts to deliver within 1 hour for central areas, 1.5 hours for peripheral areas and 2 hrs for outskirts, after payment is confirmed.

How do I send my location on WhatsApp

Select “location”.
Once “Google Maps” opens tap the “My location” button, make sure it loads the your present location before proceeding.
Select send your current location.
Confirm that the correct location was sent.
